Each of the houses has been divided into two separate segments with an area of 98 sq m. The interior consists of a spacious ground floor and an atmospheric attic. At the bottom, there is a mudroom, a comfortably furnished living room with a functional kitchen and a toilet. The living room has a comfortable pull-out sofa, table, TV (NC +) and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary kitchen accessories. In the dining area, there is a comfortable table for 6 people, which can be set up for up to 8 people. The apartments also include a laundry dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as regular and fireplace vacuum cleaner.
