A cave located on the eastern slope of Kościeliska Valley, in the Organów range. It’s the only lighted cave on the Polish side of Tatras, and the only one where you have to buy a ticket to enter. The most recent information on the website of the Tatra National Park. Visiting the cave is possible between 26th April and the end of October. The total length of the cave is 773 m and its depth - 5.5 m (denivelation of 41.6 m (-5.5; +36.1), the height of the exits: 1100 and 1112 m above sea level. Going through the cave takes around 40 minutes. Inside, there’s 6 degrees Celsius. Moving around the cave shouldn’t be a problem for physically fit people (in 3 places the cave is really low - you need to crawl). The cave was discovered by Stefan Zwoliński and Tadeusz Zahorski in 1934. The name of the cave comes from the temperature inside and its colour, resembling the frost.
