The longest and the biggest valley in the Polish Tatras, around 10 km long. It’s a perfect place for walks with children or elderly people and at the same time a great starting point for trips to the higher parts of the Western Tatras, for example to Grześ, Wołowiec, Rohacze, Trzydniowiański Wierch, Ornak, and Starorobociański Wierch. What is more, it is possible to ride your bike here and you can use the facilities of the PTTK (Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society) shelter at Polana Chochołowska. The Chochołowska Valley is available and attractive in every season of the year. In spring, it brings a lot of bikers and saffron photographers, while in winter, it is popular among cross-country skiers. More information at https://gorydlaciebie.pl/wyprawy/dolina-chocholowska/
