Are you using the roads of the historical, cultural and natural Route around the Tatras? Do you enjoy riding your bike from Nowy Targ through Zaskale, Rogoźnik, Czarny Dunajec, Chochołów, Suchá Hora, Hladovka, and Liesek, all the way to Trstená? Learn about the Polish and Slovakian bicycle law regulations so nothing will surprise you!

Remember, you are riding on a transborder bicycle path so when crossing the Polish-Slovakian border, besides having your ID, you should also remember about the necessary bike equipment in Poland and Slovakia, and get to know the general bicycle laws and required permissions. Basic phrases in Polish and Slovakian will also be useful. All of this is available in a clear and graphic way.

We recommend getting acquainted with the informational board prepared as part of the project by the Czarny Dunajec Municipality, specifically for all the users of the Route around the Tatras. It is also available on the rest stop you will find along the way, just next to the border crossing. You can download the high-resolution version below.
